Justin brings with him over 22 years of experience as a Commercial Title Escrow Officer. He loves solving intricate puzzles of properties with complex issues of insurability. He believes that there is no transaction too challenging for a solution and adopts the mindset of “finding a way to win” in each and every transaction he closes. In addition to managing a national title desk for the last five years, Justin has closed transactions as large as $2 billion and in 2022 was credited with closing the most expensive residential transaction in California real estate history. His ability to work effectively with out-of-state partners has allowed him to complete transactions from Maine to Hawaii. Justin believes the value of good underwriting relationships is equally important as those with clients. He is a former collegiate athlete and a proud graduate of The University of Utah Eccles School of Business. Above all, Justin finds his greatest joy outdoors and with his family. If not behind a title desk, he can be found golfing, hunting, fishing, hiking, or watching football.
