Riverside Inn, Moab, UT

The seller of the Riverside Inn in Moab, UT, wanted to sell the property and use the equity to diversify their income streams to protect themselves in the event of a downturn. Apex CRE assisted the seller in selling the asset for a top of market price. Apex CRE then helped the client 1031 exchange into several other assets to diversify his portfolio.  The other assets were high performing and included a Motel, a Car Wash, and a NNN leased Starbucks. These acquisitions helped the client mitigate risk by diversifying as he moved closer to retirement. These new acquisitions also fulfilled one of his main goals in obtaining less management intensive real estate that allowed him the freedom he sought for a great retirement and the freedom to travel.
