I love real estate; all aspects of it: finding land, the entitlement, development etc. It is exciting to see a beautiful new residential, multifamily, or commercial project being developed and to be able to bring it about from start to finish.

For the past 11 years, I have been involved in the identifying land, acquisition, the design, the entitlement, and development of variety of projects: single family, multifamily, hospitality, assisted living facilities etc.

I not only help manage development projects from start to finish, but also help put together the numbers and analysis for the owners. Having an MBA and graduate degree in Finance, provides the clients the peace of mind that the numbers are accurate and thorough.

Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for the client to be able to build their project, in many cases for less than what it cost for them to build it.
